Kundalini Yoga class

Hi people! I’m Ameet from Light Spirit Body and will be starting a weekly Kundalini Yoga Class at Matthew’s Yard every Tuesday 5.30pm-7pm.

Kundalini Yoga is an interesting form of yoga that works on inner experience and awareness. It takes one to a place within themselves that brings calm, peace, contentment and clarity. Kundalini Yoga also works on the body’s glandular, endocrine, digestive and immune systems in order to bring balance, vitality, strength, fitness as well as overall good health with lowering fatigue, stress and anxiety.
The class will involve a warm-up, main yoga set of exercises, relaxation and a short meditation; all in all an action packed, fun and healing session to prepare you for what lays ahead.
I’ve been practising Kundalini Yoga for 2 years now and it is my aim to complement this practice with other healing therapies that I can bring into people’s lives so watch this space
